THIS OWNER/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” or “Contract”) is entered into to be effective the 14th day of August 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Teton County School District No. 1, State of Wyoming (“TCSD” or “Owner”), and Hole Landscaping, Inc., a Wyoming limited liability company (“Contractor”). Together, they shall be called the “Parties” and individually a “Party.”
