This International Data Processing Addendum, including its Schedules, (“Int. DPA”) forms part of the Student Data Protection Addendum (“Student DPA”) and Service Agreement (as defined in the Student DPA) and or other written or electronic agreement between ClassDojo, Inc. and LEA for the online services from ClassDojo (identified either as “Services” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as “Services”) (collectively, the “Agreement”) to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
