This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Kern, Inyo Employer’s Training Resource, Madera County Workforce Investment Corporation, County of Merced on behalf of the Department of Workforce Investment, Mother Lode Job Training, San Joaquin County Employment and Economic Development Department, Stanislaus County Workforce Development, and Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County, hereinafter referred to collectively as “PARTNERSHIP" and individually as “Local Workforce Development Area”, and California Employers Association, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR".
