Contract Type FiledOctober 20th, 2010This agreement (“Agreement” or “Service Description”) is made between the customer (“you” or “Customer”) and the Dell entity identified on Customer’s invoice. By purchasing the Keep Your Hard Drive at Point of Need Service, as defined herein, (“KYHD Service”) from Dell, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Customer agrees that the KYHD Service is a one-time service (and charge) for the Supported Product (as defined herein) subject to this Agreement.
