Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) administers the Metro Area Continuum of Care’s (MACCH) Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), MACCHbook. MACCHbook, part of Mediware’s ServicePoint HMIS software and a member of the Nebraska Management Information System (NMIS), is a client tracking and case management data system that captures information about clients and households receiving assistance in Douglas, Sarpy NE, and Pottawattamie IA. ICA is the lead HMIS administer for the MACCH CoC.
