This Independent Consulting Agreement is entered into by and between Napa Valley Unified School District, a public school district, based in Napa, CA (“NVUSD”), Arts Council Napa Valley (“ACNV”), a non-profit that unites, supports and enhances art and culture, based in Napa, CA, and, Momentum ProjectLab, LLC (“MPL”), an education design and experiential learning company, based in Scottsdale, AZ (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
