Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-14-08F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0255, sealed bids for Sweeper Boxes, Refuse Removal, and Related Services Price Agreement for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 until Tuesday, February 18, 2020, 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
