This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of August 17, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas Division of Emergency Management, a member of The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”), an agency of the state of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “TDEM”), and MCI Diagnostic Center, (hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”).
