By signing this Data Agreement, the Parties agree to be bound by and to comply with all terms and conditions set out below, together with all Schedules, Order Form and any Additional Terms set out in the Order Form (together “the Agreement”). The Agreement prevails over any standard conditions and supersedes all previous written and/or oral agreements between the Parties. Once signed, the Agreement will become a legally binding Agreement between the Parties. Any terms inconsistent with or in addition to the Agreement shall not be binding unless agreed formally in writing and signed by an authorised signatory of CLIENT and the Supplier.
