This Occupancy Permit Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Indiana, acting by and through the Indiana Department of Transportation (hereinafter “INDOT”) and ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ (hereinafter, “Occupant”). The signatories for INDOT and Occupant warrant and represent that they have been duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the INDOT and Occupant, respectively.
