The Homeowners Association (HOA) will provide bicycle rack storage for a maximum of one (1) operable bicycle in an assigned numbered storage space. The storage space is located on the ground floor of the West Building (known hereafter as the storage area). The HOA will provide the signatory of this agreement with a sticker that will be affixed to the seatpost of the bicycle. This sticker will include the number of the storage space on the rack that the resident will have exclusive use. There is no charge for this service. A resident is a homeowner or renter living in a unit within the Ambassador II Condominiums.
