Completing the MTA prior to transferring to EMU is strongly recommended. The MTA endorsement satisfies EMU’s General Education Core Requirements. General Education Application Requirements are not satisfied by the MTA, but are included in this guide. Students who started at OCC before fall 2014 may continue to follow the MACRAO Agreement until the end of summer 2019.
