THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the Effective Date defined below, by and between THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO, a municipal corporation, herein called “City” and THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, on behalf of the University of California, San Diego herein called “Regents.” Collectively, the City and the Regents may be referred to herein as “the Parties.”
