This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Airbus DS Communications, Inc. (“Airbus”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, with offices at 42505 Rio Nedo, Temecula, CA 92590 and Verizon Maryland LLC (“Verizon”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and Airbus may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
