This Independent Contractor Agreement, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Ali Zaher Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Playtri (“Company”) and (“Contractor”). The Company and the Contractor may be jointly referred to herein as the “Parties,” or either of them individually as a “Party.”
