ACCEPTANCE – This Purchase Order (“PO”) constitutes a binding contract between the Vendor and Canutillo Independent School District (“CISD”), to furnish the goods and/or services specified on the face of the PO. Acceptance of the Vendor’s goods and/or services does not equal acceptance of any of the terms and conditions or other contractual provisions which may be stated in the Vendor’s documentation or agreements.
