THIS Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of January 2023, by and between PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, a navigation district and political subdivision of the state of Texas with its principal place of business at 400 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan Administrator" or “Customer”), and HealthFirst TPA, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "TPA"), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Texas with its principal place of business at 821 ESE Loop 323, Suite 200, Tyler, Texas 75701.
