HOMEBUILDER AGREEMENT:Homebuilder Agreement • January 16th, 2019
To qualify for participation in the 2019 TNMP High-Performance Homes Program, this Agreement, and (the Agreement”) is made by and between (“Homebuilder”) and ICF Resources, L.L.C. (“ICF”). ICF is the Program Administrator (“Program Administrator”) of TNMP’s 2019 High-Performance Homes Program (“Program”).
