Print child's name, fall grade, and t-shirt size: Youth S, Youth M, Youth L, Adult S, Adult M, Adult Lor Adult XL. If you would like additional T-shirts ($10/each) please indicate quantity desired and include payment with your total at time of registration. One free shirt is provided for registrants of 5 days or more. Payment must be made IN FULL for those registered for 10 days or less. Any changes made to this agreement must be made with a 2 week written notice. Changes made with less than a 2 week notice require a $20.00 change fee.
