THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered by and between the City of Cathedral City, a municipal corporation located in the County of Riverside, State of California, hereinafter referred to as “Cathedral City,” and the City of Desert Hot Springs, a municipal corporation located in the County of Riverside, State of California, hereinafter referred to as “Desert Hot Springs,” on or about January 1, 2013 (“Effective Date”).
