THIS FIFTH SUPPLEMENTAL PROJECT CONTRACT, made and entered into as of January 1, 2020 (the “Fifth Supplemental Project Contract”), by and between the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN, a public body corporate and politic duly created under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (the “Authority”) and UNIVERSITY VILLAGE HOUSING, INC., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation (the “Project Owner”) is a supplemental project contract to provide for an additional loan and hereby amends the Existing Project Contract (as defined below). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Existing Indenture (as defined below) and the Existing Project Contract.
