This Agreement shall become effective as of October 1, 2024, and shall continue until September 30, 2027 (“Initial Term”), unless terminated sooner as authorized herein. At the end of the Initial Term, the Agreement may be renewed by mutual agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms (each a “Renewal Term”), with the terms and conditions remaining the same.
