POSSESSION and CONDITION of PARCEL Full possession of said Parcel is to be delivered at the time of the delivery and recording of the deed, said Parcel to be then (a) vacant, and (b) free of any encumbrances, except as herein stated. 8. EXTENSION TO PERFECT TITLE OR MAKE PARCEL CONFORM If the SELLER is unable to give title or to make conveyance or to deliver possession of the Parcel, all as herein stipulated, or if at the time of the delivery of the deed the Parcel does not conform according to the provisions
