The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general terms and conditions under with which LWDA may refer individual Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) participants to the employer named in this OJT Contract (“Employer”) to enable the WIOA participant (“Participant”) to take part in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program as that term is defined under the WIOA legislation.
