This Data Processing Addendum, including the attached Appendices (collectively, “DPA”) forms part of and is incorporated into that Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into between HTCD, Inc. (“HTCD” or “Processor”) and the Customer named in the Agreement (“Customer”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) for certain Services and governs the Parties’ Processing of Personal Data (both, as defined herein) and related obligations. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this DPA are as defined in the Agreement.
