This vacation rental agreement hereafter referred to as “Agreement” is made between Lone Cypress, Inc. hereafter referred to as “Owner” and hereafter referred as “Responsible Party”. Owner and Responsible Party collectively are hereafter referred to as “Parties.” On a short-term transient rental basis, Owner wishes to rent its residence located at 3217 Seventeen Mile Drive, Pebble Beach California, 93953 hereafter referred to as “Premises” to Responsible Party subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
