These terms are an agreement between the Solutions and Support Center (the “S&SC”) and customer (the “Customer”) identified on the proposal issued by S&SC and accepted by Customer (the “Order”) and govern Customer’s subscription to and use of one or more units of the Raymond Virtual Reality Simulator (together with the Documentation, Equipment, Services and Software associated therewith, the “Product”):
