This agreement is between the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and the Local Educational Agency (SPONSOR) named above. It covers the period of four years starting on July 1, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2026. The Sponsor’s schools may stop participating in Provision 2 during the four-year cycle by notifying ODE no later than June 30 of the school year prior to when they want to return to traditional counting and claiming procedures. Requirements set forth in 7 CFR 245.9(b) would apply.
