This wealth as a service agreement (“Agreement”) and any executed Order Forms between the Parties are incorporated herein and will govern the provision of the Services to the Customer set forth in the Order Form and/or this Agreement by One. Customer may request additional Services by submitting separate Order Form(s). This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date of Customer’s first executed Order Form and will continue until otherwise terminated in accordance with Section 8.
