This Agreement is entered into effective as of the day of July, 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, which operates the Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL), and (Company), a corporation. “Party” as used in this Agreement refers to either Company or MIT, as the context dictates, and “Parties” refers to Company and MIT jointly.
