THIS AGREEMENT is made this 1st day of November, 2003 by and between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Nebraska dba Frontier Communications of Nebraska, a Delaware corporation, with offices at 180 S. Clinton, Rochester, NY 14646 (referred to as “Citizens”), and ALLTEL Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation, (as defined hereunder) with its office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, AR 72202, collectively referred to as the “Carrier". Carrier and Citizens may also be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and singularly as a “Party”.
