The Roanoke development agreement was approved by the Board and myself at the September meeting. We have been working on this agreement and project for almost a year now and it is great to see it complete. The agreement contains several terms and conditions that came from the hearings, letters and discussion with the Village Board and the public. Here is a outline of the agreement terms:
