This SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date specified on the Order Form by and between Citus Data, Inc., (“Company”), and the Government customer who, as defined in GSA Order OGP 4800.2I, as may be amended, is authorized to use GSA sources of supplies and services, identified on the Order Form (“Customer”). BY EXECUTING THE STANDARD CITUS DATA INC ORDER FORM OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE APPLICABLE ORDER FORM.
