(“Agreement”) is made this day of January, 2021, by and between Kent Thompson and Mardy Thompson (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Thompsons”), and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Montrose (collectively referred to as “Montrose County”). Plaintiffs and Montrose County are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
