THIS TRUST INDENTURE dated as of the first day of March, 2023, by and between the TOWN OF AVON, INDIANA ("Issuer" and "Town"), a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana and The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal corporate trust office in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, as Trustee ("Trustee");
