This licence agreement (Licence) is a legal agreement between the Supplier and the Customer for the Services. We license use of the Software and Documentation to you on the basis of this Licence. We do not sell the Software or Documentation to you. We and/or our Licensors remain the owners of the Software and Documentation at all times.
