THIS OWNER/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” or “Contract”) is entered into to be effective the 9th day of June 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Teton County School District No. 1, State of Wyoming (“TCSD” or “Owner”), and FieldTurf, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Contractor”). Together they shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually a “Party.”
