The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to reside in an Apartment in the student residential complex at Buckley Hall, Buckingham Street, Dublin 1, (“The Student Residence”) together with the use in common with other Licensees, of the living accommodation, kitchen facilities, toilet facilities and use of all common areas appurtenant thereto from the License Start Date to the Check-out date for the License Fee and subject to the general conditions attached to this agreement as amended from time to time.
