THIS AGREEMENT FOR FIRE AND PARAMEDIC SERVICES (“Agreement”), dated as of the Effective Date as defined below, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “ANAHEIM,” and DISNEYLAND® RESORT, a division of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc., a Florida corporation qualified to do business in the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “DISNEY.” ANAHEIM and DISNEY are each singularly a “Party” and together the “Parties” to this Agreement with reference to the following facts and subject to the following conditions.
