, 2023, by and among the Idaho Humane Society, Incorporated, an Idaho non-profit corporation (“IHS”) and City of Garden City, a municipal corporation and governmental subdivision, organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho (“Garden City”). Garden City may sometimes be referred to herein as “the City.” IHS or the City individually may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
