(uniQure) a Netherlands corporation, having a principal place of business at Meibergdreef 61, 1105 BA Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Licensee”). The Regents and Licensee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
