This Technical Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “TA”) is made by and between The Research Center for Oceanography, National Research and Innovation Agency (RCO-BRIN), and the Marine Biodiversity, Exploitation and Conservation, the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (MARBEC-IRD) of the Republic of France, hereinafter referred to individually as the Party and collectively as "the Parties";
