This Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska (“Sponsor”) and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, (“City”) (collectively the “Parties”) for sponsorship of the City’s public Bike Share Program (“Bike Share Program”).
