THIS CONTRACT, (hereinafter together with the appendices attached hereto called the Contract is made on the day of January 2009, between the Peoples Housing Cell of the Government of Sindh on the one part (hereinafter called the PHC), and M/s Sindh Rural Support Programmes Consortium through its lead member Organization i.e. the Sindh Rural Support Organization hereinafter called the SRSO on the other part. The SRSO will retain full and undivided responsibility for the performance of obligations hereunder and for the satisfactory completion of the services to be performed hereunder).
