This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 23rd day of April, 2004, is entered into by and between 1-800-Reconex, Inc., d/b/a U.S. Tel (“CLEC”), an Oregon corporation, and Sprint Missouri, Inc. (“Sprint”), a Missouri corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
