Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“Customer”) and Rplus Analytics Solutions Private Limited (which will be referred as “Rplus Analytics” for the rest of agreement). Rplus Analytics provides the Service(s) (as defined below) to you subject to and conditioned upon your acceptance of this Agreement.
