This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) explains the special terms of use of the Software and Autonomy Services (each as defined below), and the terms and conditions of the individual or legal entity licensing the Software under this Agreement (the “End User” or “Customer”) with Brain Corporation, a California corporation (“Brain”). Brain is technology partner to the Nilfisk A/S, a Denmark aktieselskab (listed corporation), including its subsidiaries (Nilfisk A/S, a Denmark aktieselskab and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Nilfisk”). This Agreement governs the use of Brain’s software (the “Software”) contained on any BrainOS® powered robotic scrubber (which is called a Nilfisk Autonomous Machine in other documents between Customer and Nilfisk) provided under the “Brain” or “BrainOS” trademark (each, a “Robotic Scrubber”).
