This Interlocal Agreement (the "Agreement") is effective as of July 1, 2024 (the "Agreement Effective Date"), by and between Dallas Independent School District (the "District"), and The University of Texas at Dallas ("UT Dallas"), on behalf of The Naveen Jindal School of Management ("JSOM jointly with UT Dallas herein referred to as the “University"). In this Agreement, both District, and University may jointly be referred to as the "Parties", and each a "Party".
