RELEASE: As a condition of and in consideration for the opportunity to participate in social and recreational sports activities (“Activities”) offered, organized, sponsored, and/or hosted by Walnut Creek Flag Football I, for myself and any of my heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, or assigns, do hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Walnut Creek Flag Football, its employees, principals, agents and volunteers from all liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever.
