This Limited License Agreement (the “Agreement”), last updated February 2, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the user (“Licensee”) downloading the Master Recording (defined below), and Olympus Musix, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”). Licensor warrants that it controls the mechanical rights in and to the copyrighted musical work being downloaded (hereafter the “Master Recording”) by Licensee. The Master Recording, including the music thereof, was composed by Lawrence Dirden (“Songwriter”) managed under the Licensor.
